Please note: Our customer service team will operate during the same hours as our boutique. While we aim to respond to all queries promptly, we prioritize messages based on urgency and cannot guarantee a response within these hours.

Ireland & Northern Ireland:
We will continue to dispatch all orders placed up until 4pm on the 23rd of December. The last date to collect your 'Click and Collect' order is the 23rd of December.
- DPD Christmas Delivery is available until 4pm on Friday the 19th of December.
- An Post Christmas Delivery is available until 4pm on Tuesday the 16th of December.
- Orders placed after 4pm on Friday the 19th of December are expected to be delivered from the 2nd of January.
- Deliveries may be made between the 29th and 31st of December, but this is NOT guaranteed for all areas.
Outside of Ireland:
- The last date for Christmas Delivery to anywhere outside of Ireland with An Post is the 5th of December 2025.
Important: These dates are courier guidelines only. We don’t guarantee Christmas delivery ourselves. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, delivery times are fully in the hands of the courier and outside of our control.
