When you should receive your order is based on the delivery method that you chose at the checkout. If you chose 'Next Day Delivery' you can expect your order the next working day, however if you placed this order after our daily cut-off at 4pm, then it may take 2 working days.
You will receive an email from our courier when your item has shipped. The email will have your tracking number and also a link to the couriers own website where you can track your item. You may also receive a text message giving you a delivery window.

Making a return...
Depending on your method of return, it may take a few days for your return to be received by us. We recommend sending your return via tracked post as you can use the tracking number to see when it was delivered to us. After this date, please allow up to 21 days for your return to be processed by our returns department.
You will receive an email after your return is processed stating so. It may take 5-10 working days for your refund to appear bank in your bank account. Store credit will appear back in your GTT account immediately.
If you have not received confirmation 28 days after the date your return was due in with us, you can then contact customer service to follow up for you.
We have several methods of returning, which you can find here. Please note that the returns and refund process only begins after we have received your returned item(s).
- If you have not returned all of the items in your order - The total is not refunded
- If you have returned your entire order – The shipping cost is not refunded as per our returns policy so this show up as ‘’partial refund’’.
- If you returned via the An Post portal - we charge a €4.95 fee for items returned with this method. This is deducted from your refund during the returns process.
We're sorry you received a faulty/incorrect item! Please contact our customer service team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org straight away with your order number and pictures of the item so we can rectify the problem ASAP.
We restock our best-sellers regularly! Keep an eye on our 'Coming Back Soon' collection for pre-order items! If the size that you are looking for is out of stock you can sign up for a restock notification by entering your email address in the prompted box on the product's page.
Please note, we only restock new items. If the item you are looking for is on sale then there is a good chance we will not be restocking it.
Everyone loves a discount! If you haven't already, you can sign up for our newsletter for 10% off your next order. Please note that this is a one-use-per-customer code.

Not to worry, this happens more often than you think. If we can locate the parcel, we can send it back to you at the cost of delivery.
Please note that, while we will try our best to help you, we are not responsible in any way for items returned to us by mistake.
Think of store credit like 'GTT Cash' - it can only be used in our store. Customers may request store credit rather than a refund for orders, or sometimes we'll reward you with it as a treat.
To use your store credit you need to make sure that you are logged into your GTT account. Once you're logged in you can add your favourite styles to the cart, and at the checkout stage you will see the option to use your available store credit to pay for your order.
Where is my store credit? If you had store credit before we moved store and you want to access it now on the new store, contact us and we'll get you set up in no time!
Unfortunately, once an order is placed we cannot apply any discount code to it. If you're having trouble applying a code at the checkout, you should double check that you're inputting the correct code (case-sensitive), and contact us if this continues.
