Returns Policy
We are happy to offer refunds on any unwanted clothing items purchased online (please see below for returning TikTok shop orders) if they are returned within 14 days of delivery. Items should be returned to us in a resalable condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for purchase (credit card, gift card or a combination of the two). You are responsible for the cost of getting goods back to us.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on pierced jewellery items (i.e. earrings). Such items will be returned to the customer.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the return item arrives with us. We recommend that you send your returns via a recorded / registered / insured delivery method as we cannot refund for items that we have not received. Sending your item by recorded (registered) post will also result in you having a tracking number. You can track your return to make sure that it has been received by us.
You will find a returns form printed on the back of the invoice included with your parcel. Fill in the form indicating the reason for your return and indicating if you wish to receive a refund or store credit. Store credit is issued in the form of a gift card that can be used against future purchases in-store or online. As of 3rd November 2025: if you choose store credit instead of a refund to your original payment method, you’ll receive an additional 10% on top of your return amount.
You can return more than one order or parcel at once, provided that it is within the timeframe allowed for returns and you include all relevant returns forms in the parcel.
Please note that while we do our utmost to ensure that the images on the website and on social media are a 100% true representation of the product, screen resolution can affect the appearance of an item. We take our own pictures where possible (and in natural lighting) and are happy to provide any further information that you may require regarding the colouring of an item. Printed fabrics may appear a little different depending on where the print falls on the fabric and where it has been cut - this is normal and natural on printed fabrics and is not considered a fault or distortion. It is common for items delivered via postage/courier service to be creased in transit - this is normal in online clothing purchasing and is not considered a fault.
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights. Under consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. You may try on items as you would in a shop; however, if items are returned in a condition that prevents them from being resold as new (including damage, marks, odours, or signs of wear), we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund to reflect any loss in value, which may be up to the full value of the item.
Returning by Post from Republic of Ireland
You may use the An Post Returns Service when returning your unwanted items. Once you have booked your return online, you can drop your parcel to your local post office or you can arrange to have the parcel collected from your home. Collections can be booked up to 2 working days in advance. Your local postman will collect your parcel and bring your label with him/her at the time he/she usually delivers your post. The returns fee will be deducted from your refund amount at the time of processing.
If you choose to drop your parcel off at the post office, you will need to generate the return label through the website at the time of booking; you have the option to print off the label or use the barcode at the counter in the post office. The Post office counter will then scan the barcode and print off the label for you and attach it to the returning parcel.
Returning from Northern Ireland or the UK
We do not have a set return method for these areas, however we recommend that you send your returns via a recorded / registered / insured delivery method. Sending your item by recorded (registered) post will also result in you having a tracking number. You can track your return to make sure that it has been received by us.

Returning From Anywhere Else:
We do not have a set return method for international orders however we recommend that you send your returns via a recorded / registered / insured delivery method. Returning to Store
To return your online purchases in store, just securely repack your items, including your invoice and completed returns form, and drop off in-store. Please note that this service is only available during opening hours of 10am to 5pm Monday to Saturday.

You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for purchase (credit card, gift card or a combination of the two). Alternatively, if you wish you can talk to a staff member about arranging an exchange. Exchanges can usually be arranged immediately subject to stock availability.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges on your unwanted items subject to availability. A delivery fee applies for exchanges. We recommend that you contact our Customer Service team (customerservice@getthattrend.com) as soon as possible to secure your item. We fast-track our exchanges, meaning that we aim to dispatch your exchange within 3 working days of arriving at our warehouse. Subject to the payment of any balances due.
When contacting our team, make sure to include the item name and size that you are looking for. If the requested item/size is not available, we will refund you for the item as normal. If your requested item is more expensive than the original item, we will contact you for payment before we can dispatch your exchange. If your requested item is less expensive than your original item, we will refund the balance.
You should aim to return the unwanted item as soon as possible. To speed up the exchange process, please write "EXCHANGE" as visibly as possible at the top right-hand corner of the Invoice. A member of our dispatch team will be in contact with you to arrange for the payment of the delivery fee for your exchange.
TikTok Shop Returns – Important Information
Before returning your TikTok Shop order, you must request a return through the TikTok app. To do this:

Go to your profile page and tap ‘Your Orders’.

Locate your Get That Trend order and select it.

Tap ‘Request Return or Refund’ and follow the on-screen instructions to submit your request.

Once approved, take your parcel to a Fastway Drop-Off Point. You can find locations and further details under ‘How to Return’ in the app.
🚨 Your return must follow the above policy (regarding the return period, the condition of the items, etc).
Important: Avoid Delays & Additional Fees
If you return your TikTok Shop order without first requesting it through the app:

You may be charged our standard return fee (where applicable).

Your refund will be delayed, as we will need to contact you to complete the correct process before proceeding.

If your order exceeds TikTok’s 30-day return window, we will be unable to process your return, leading to further complications.
