No, you do not need a PayPal account to order from Get That Trend.  The PayPal checkout system will process your credit or debit card for you without setting up a PayPal account.

Do you have a size guide?  What size should I order?

Sizing on ladies fashions varies greatly, even items from the same brand.  We provide sizing information in the item description.  We welcome your queries on sizing and can give individual specific advice when you contact us regarding a particular item.

How can I track my order?  

You will receive an email from DPD Courier when your item has shipped.  The email will have your tracking number and also a link to the DPD wesbite where you can track your item.  You will also receive a text message giving you a delivery window.

How do I know that you have received my return?  

We recommend that you return items to us via a registered / recorded means so that you can track your return and confirm delivery to us.  We cannot refund for items which we have not received.  If you have used An Post to make your return, you can track your item and confirm delivery on this link:

Help! I’ve received an incorrect/faulty item..


Please contact us straight away with your order number and a picture of the item so we can rectify the problem ASAP.


Have you received my return?


Once we receive your return, please allow several days for it to be processed by the returns department. Once your refund has been issued – or store credit applied – you should receive email confirmation. If you have not received confirmation within a week of when your return was due in with us, you can then contact customer service to follow up for you. Please note that it can take up to ten days for refunds to appear back in your account after it has been issued.


Why have I been partially refunded?


You will receive email confirmation of a partial refund in one of two circumstances:

(1)    If you have not returned your entire order - The total is not refunded

(2)    If you have returned your entire order – The shipping cost is not refunded as per our returns policy so this show up as ‘’partial refund’’.


I requested an exchange but was refunded?


If you requested an exchange and the item was out of stock or unavailable then a refund will be issued – We strongly advise that you contact us prior to returning an item if you want an exchange so that we can keep the item on hold until your return arrives in. Let us know your order number and the new item or size you want.


 Do you offer a student discount?

Of course! Simply send proof of a valid student card to our email to get your discount code.


Discount Codes

Discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase. A box will appear at the checkout stage of your order allowing you to enter the code. Any valid code will be accepted and show the discount applied before the payment stage. Unfortunately, if you incorrectly input or neglect to input the code we cannot apply the discount retrospectively to your order. 


Can I visit your shop?

We made the decision in 2019 to return to our roots of operating online only so no longer have a physical shop!


Do you ship to the UK?

Unfortunately at the minute we're unable to ship to Mainland UK, Canada, New Zealand or Australia but are working hard on resuming worldwide shipping soon!


Do you accept One4All cards?

We're unable to accept One4All cards at the minute unfortunately!


Are your clothes true to size?

All of our clothes are really true to size unless specified in the description of the product. But if you have any questions about sizing don't hesitate to send us an email on, we're always happy to help!
