Our top 5 summer holiday dresses
Oh to be laying on a beach sipping on (or downing, you do you) mojitos
Can we please be at that stage where we're doing that all important "holiday shop"? We're so done with the january blues and can't wait until we're on a plane to somewhere warm and sunny! We love our holiday clothes so until we're ready to book those flights we've been ranking our fave dresses that we'll for sure be taking with us this year!
Doesn't our Jennifer dress just scream summer holidays? We can almost see the sun hat and sandals now!
This is the ideal dress to bring you from day to night. The loose floaty sleeves are so perfect for those summer days and have the perfect balance between comfort and class. The skirt also has a bit of a flow to it and won't be skin tight so will be perfect for the days spent wandering the markets or visiting the local attractions!
Wear with runners or sandals for an effortless day look and through on a cardigan or your most comfy heels (we're on our holiday, we aint got no time for blisters!) for a casual evening look.
Bonus points to this one for not being one of those dresses that stay in your wardrobe until your next holiday as it can be worn at home with tights!
Comfort is key with our Mandy wrap dress!
Wrap dresses are always a must when it comes to summer, what a wardrobe staple! We're absolutely obsessed with the pretty neutral colours browns and golds in this one!
Again, the loose fitting sleeves are so comfortable as well as being bang on trend and super slimming on the arms! The wrap style is always so flattering, allowing you to tighten and loosen it as you like! As well as this, the relaxed fit is so ideal (is there anything worse than putting on tight clothes over a sunburn?) The frill on the hem adds a super slimming effect to the legs too!
The best thing about any wrap dress? Plenty of room to play around with it and leaves you plenty of room to leave it low cut for a more flirty look or stick a pin in it for more security!
Every sun holiday calls for a glam midi dress! Our Vanessa dress is ideal to bring you from the beach to the rooftop bars!
Have we ever gone wrong with a simple midi length wrap dress? The dip hem style of this one is super flattering on the legs while the fluttery sleeves has such a slimming effect on the arms as well as being such a comfortable style! The relaxed fit of the wrap style is also ideal to give you that hourglass figure, pulling in the waist and covering the stomach after a week of eating nothing but pizza and churros!
Go for the ultimate relaxed style with this one with a pair of simple sandals or look like the next greek goddess with some gold heels to bring out the stunning gold detailing!
Is you're summer holiday doubling as a family wedding abroad? Don't worry girl we'll get you sorted (also, can we come?)
How stunning is the colour of our Closet Iris dress? We're getting all the flamenco dancer vibes, but in a good way!
As we said, the blood red colour is absolutely GORGE and is made even better with a gold belt and some gold heels (check out our gal Just Jordan above for a bit of inspo!) to add a touch of glam. The cowl neck is also such a flattering, relaxed style that we're dying to see more of! A simple necklace would be so perfect to pull off an effortless glam look.
The pleats in this one are yet again so flattering on the waist and the stomach area when paired with the high waist. The non fitted skirt brings ultimate comfort as well as looking FAB when you're dancing the night away!
Number 1 *Drumroll please!*
The light chiffon material is ideal for summer days while the cut out detail at the waist would be perfect for summer nights. Plus how fab is that back detail? We paired these dresses in our shoot with some white heels for a summery look that we're obsessed with!
None of these dresses have you summer lovin'? We have so many more holiday dresses on our website!
So...anyone have their flights booked and a spare suitcase that the GTT Gals (and their summer wardrobes!) to stow away in?
