Looks We've Been LOVING This Weekend!

What is it about Bank Holiday Weekend's that leave everybody looking to up their style game? No honestly, what is it? Because as a girl that decided at 8.30pm to go out at 9 and spent the night feeling very underdressed with a questionable tan, I couldn't help but get major style envy everywhere I looked! And my point was proved every time I looked at my Instagram feed to see mini dresses and bright florals galore! Here are some looks that we've been loving seeing some of our favourite gals rocking this weekend!

Back in late Autumn, we were making no secret of our newfound love for satin dresses, so it's no surprise that this obsession was carried well into Spring 2022! While during the winter months, we were all about midi dresses, we've been loving seeing this style in a shorter hemline! This style as seen on Amy Clyne (@amyclyne on Insta) is not only super elongating and flattering on the legs but skims over the natural shape of the body to really enhance those curves!

We've been loving this fresh, summery, green and yellow floral print ever since it first arrived with us in early spring, so of course we couldn't help but notice just how cute this dress was on Phoebe Andrews (follow @style_by_phoebe on Insta for a daily dose of the prettiest bright 'fits!) The tie waist of this style really pulls in the waist in such a natural way, while the lightweight fabric and relaxed fit of the skirt allows for maximum comfort and ease of movement throughout the day!

Speaking of bright colours, how amazing to the pink, yellow and orange tones of this midi look on Sarah (*@sarahsecrets_blog on Instagram if anybody wants to have a look, we would highly recommend!) The best part about this dress is that the cut and style is simple enough to allow you to play with bold prints and bright colours without feeling as if the outfit is too overpowering. Not only this, but it can be worn dressed up with heels like Sarah below, but would look just as amazing paired with trainers and a denim jacket for the perfect weekend look!

We're not sure what we're more jealous of in this pic from Saoirse Bourke (@Saoirse_Bourke if anybody's looking for a reason to drop everything and move to the south of France) the  cutest mini dress or the most Grid-Worthy bathroom we've ever seen! The wide neckline of this one is a great way of showing off a little bit of skin, while offering more support than a v neckline might. This style is also ideal for our gals that are a little bit more narrow on the top of the body and want to counteract this a little bit by widening this part of the body, while the exaggerated shoulders really highlight this by adding a little bit more volume!

We've loved seeing this striped midi on Anastazja (Follow @Anastazja.and.theo on Instagram for the cutest pics of Anastazja's family, mum's to be:this one is a must!) The fitted design of this style allows you to really show off your bump while the layered design makes it friendly for nursing mums, meaning that not only can you wear this one throughout your pregnancy, but can also wear it in the months following!

Don't mind us, we're just patiently waiting on a heatwave to rock this outfit inspired by Emma McMonagle (@emmamcmonagle_ on Insta if you're ready for some style envy!) While the tie-dye pink jumper would look amazing with jeans and trainers for the perfect weekend 'fit, we love how it looks with this lilac skort for the cutest ultra girly look!
