Shipping & Returns
- Stock items ordered before 1pm will be dispatched that day, orders received after 1pm will be dispatched in the next working day (this does not apply to pre-order items, see below). If you are ordering after 1pm and you urgently need your dress / item the next day (Ireland only), please contact us in advance and if we can, we will accommodate your request although this is not always possible.
IRELAND / NORTHERN IRELAND
- Shipping is €4.50 per order.
- Free delivery on all orders €100.
- Delivery is next working day, if ordered before 1pm and in 1-2 days if ordered after 1pm.
- Delivery is made via Fastway Couriers. To ensure speedy delivery of your order, please ensure that you have given us a complete and accurate address and telephone number. Incomplete or incorrect addresses / phone number will delay delivery of your item.
- Orders placed at weekend (after 1pm on Friday) will be delivered on Tuesday in Ireland.
- Deliveries are not made on Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays.
- Delivery time to UK is 3 days.
- Shipping to UK is €10.
- Items ordered before 1pm are dispatched that day.
- Delivery is made via Fastway / UPS Couriers. To ensure speedy delivery of your order, please ensure that you have given us a complete and accurate address and telephone number. Incomplete or incorrect addresses / phone number will delay delivery of your item.
- Items ordered at the weekend are dipatched on Monday for delivery to UK on Wednesday/Thursday.
- Deliveries are not made on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
- Shipping is a flat rate of €10 per order and will be dispatched by registered post.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
We ship via Fastway Courier. You will receive an email from Fastway when your order has been dispatched. You can track your order online using the tracking number provided in the email. Here is a link to Fastway's tracking system: http://www.fastway.ie/

Items which are bought pre-order will be dispatched as soon as they arrive with us. Our facebook page / product page will keep customers up-to-date on the expected arrival dates of items which have been pre-ordered. We will dispatch pre-order items immediately on arrival with us for delivery to you in the usual delivery times specified above, e.g. next day in Ireland, 2 days to UK etc.
If you place an order with more than one item, one of which is a pre-order item, the complete order will be dispatched when the pre-order item arrives in stock.
Please note that while we do our utmost to ensure that all items are available, we may from time to time experience an issue in stock availability and be unable to fulfill a customer order. In this case, the customer will be offered an alternative or a full refund via an email through our order system.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and offer returns / exchanges / store credit where necessary. Our returns policy is as follows:
Returns are accepted by Get That Trend.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the return item arrives with us. We recommend that you send your returns via a recorded / registered / insured delivery method as we cannot refund for items which we have not received. Sending your item by recorded (registered) post will also result in you having a tracking number. You can track your return to make sure that it has been received by us. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery in the condition in which they were received. You should take care when trying on items to ensure that clothing is not stained with fake tan, deodorant etc. Returns received by us after the 14 day returns period will be re-sent to the customer at the expense of the customer. We cannot accept the customer being away at the time of delivery as a valid reason for a late return.
The original invoice should be included with the return as it speeds up the exchange / refund process.
Please indicate if you prefer an exchange / store credit or refund for your return.
If you wish to exchange your item for another size / style then let us know ASAP so that we can reserve the requested item for you. Please note that while we do our utmost to ensure that the images on the website and on social media are a 100% true representation of the product, screen resolution can effect the appearance of an item. We take our own pictures where possible (an in natural lighting) and are happy to provide any further information that you may require regarding the colouring of an item. Printed fabrics may appear a little different, depending on where the print falls on the fabric and where it has been cut - this is normal and natural on printed fabrics and is not considered a fault or distortion.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed and refunded to your card. If your refund has not been completed within 2 weeks, please contact us and we'll follow it up for you.
Items which have been marked with make-up, fake tan, other marks / stains, odours of smoke / perfume or items which have had tags removed will NOT be refunded. Such items will be re-sent to the orgininal delivery address at the expense of the customer.
The returns must be sent back to us with all packaging intact in an "as new" condition that you would expect to receive an item in. The item MUST BE FOLDED - items returned "inside out", rolled or in an unfolded state CANNOT BE REFUNDED. Such items will be returned to you at your expense.
Refunds for returned items will exclude shipping costs.
